payment

All prices shown on our website are current prices in Swedish currency SEK, including VAT. 

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, Klarna Checkout and PayPal.

We reserve the right to cancel purchases under the below circumstances without accepting liability for compensation or other expenses:

Payment details are incorrect or cannot be verifiedYour order is placed with the intention of committing fraud or in connection with an illegal activity. 

Order and Delivery

You will be placing your order with Scandinavia LoveNotes AB, corporate identity number:  559294-5280

You have to be 18 years old to shop at www.scandinavialovenotes.com

At present we deliver only to customers in Sweden. Cost of delivery is 39 SEK including VAT. 

Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your delivery address, payment details and the item(s) ordered. Upon shipment you´ll receive a confirmation that the delivery is on the way. 

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days. Personalized items with engraving require a longer handling time and the delivery time will therefore be communicated separately. Please note that we don´t take any responsibility for delivery delays caused by postal service or unforeseen circumstances, such as war, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, lightning, and explosions for example.

We use PostNord for all shipments. You’ll receive your order through your mailbox – unless too big to fit. If delivery is made to a pickup point, you will receive information about this through email or SMS. 

Please note that Scandinavia LoveNotes is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. In the event that we need to redirect your delivery, additional courier costs may apply. 

If a package is not collected at a pickup point, Scandinavia LoveNotes will have the right to charge you a fee of 20 SEK. 

Scandinavia Love Notes is responsible for the delivery for the goods until they are delivered to your mailbox or to the pickup point.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your jewelry, but if you change your mind, don’t worry. All purchases, except personalized items with engraving as well as gift cards, can be returned for full refund or exchange within 14 days from delivery, if returned unused, intact in its original packaging and by presenting order receipt. 

For the return shipment, we kindly ask you to use the carton box in which you received your product. After informing us by email at info@scandinacialovenotes.com of your wish to return an item along with the order number, please put the product inside in its original packaging and add wrapping paper to fill up the box. Put the return label over the old label to avoid shipping errors and close the box using packaging tape. For returns, we will refund your money through the same means of payment as the original purchase within 14 days after we have received your returned item. Please note that you are responsible for the return delivery cost.

Scandinavia LoveNotes reserves the right to refuse returns and/or exchange products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way.

Gift cards

Scandinavia LoveNotes Gift Cards are redeemable for purchase of merchandise at www.scandinavialovenotes.com. Our gift cards have a validity of 2 years from date of issue which will be stated on your gift card. Gift Cards are not refundable, non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Scandinavia LoveNotes is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Guarantee and Claims

Our products are produced with great care to live up to Scandinavia LoveNotes high delivery standards and are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects connected with manufacturing procedures or material. The warranty doesn´t cover normal tear and wear nor careless handling of the products, please see the Scandinavia LoveNotes care guide on our homepage for correct use and handling of the products. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us directly via info@scandinavialovenotes.com if the item is defective in any way or if it doesn´t correspond to your order and we will do our outmost to help you! Please include your order number, a photo, and a brief description of the damaged or defective item. We will replace you with a new item. 

Privacy policy

When placing an order at www.scandinavialovenotes.com, you agree to that we store and use your information in our business system to fulfil our commitment to you. The information is needed to complete our transaction with you. We will collect personal data from you such as name, email address, delivery address, payment details and, if necessary, personal information connected to the engravement. We will store the data as long as it’s necessary to finalize your order and fulfill our obligations under the purchase agreement. We will share some personal data with a third party, however only data necessary for their specific purpose will be shared:

Postnord: name, address and phone number

Card payment system Shopify: payment details and name

Swish: payment details, name and phone number

Klarna: payment details, name and address

Accounting system Fortnox

Meta, Google Analytics and Shopify: IP-adress, purchase history, gender, age

E-economy: your name, address and order history

Personal data required by laws and regulations will be stored according to compliant rules. 

We ensure that the processing of all personal information that you will give us is protected and treated securely according to the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

If you have signed up for our newsletter we will collect and store email address and information about yourpurchases. You can always unsubscribe from our newsletter through clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE–button at the bottom of each newsletter or by sending us an email: info@scandinavialovenotes.com.

After shopping at www.scandinavialovenotes.com, you can request an exported file of the personal data we have on you. You may also demand that all your personal data should be deleted, with the exception of information that we are obliged to carry for administrative, security or law requirements. The information stored will not be sold or used in any other way than securing that you as a customer receive the best possible service.
